Personal, not transactional

Every estate plan is built around your family — not pulled from a template library. You'll talk with your attorney, not an intake queue.

Questions, answered plainly.

Frequently Asked
  • It depends on your assets, your family structure, and your goals. A will directs what happens after your death but still goes through Florida probate. A revocable living trust can avoid probate, keep your affairs private, and provide for more complex situations — such as minor children, blended families, or property in multiple states. We'll help you decide what fits.

  • Florida law decides for you. The state's intestacy statutes determine who inherits, in what shares, and on what timeline — often not matching what you would have chosen. For parents of minor children, the court also decides on guardianship. A plan puts those decisions in your hands, not the state's.

  • We work on flat-fee packages, and you choose the fee based on your desires and needs. Pricing depends on the complexity of your plan — a straightforward will package is different from a full trust-based plan for a blended family or business owner. We'll provide a firm number after the planning session.

  • Yes. The firm serves clients across Florida and offers secure virtual consultations as a standard option. In-person meetings are available by appointment for those who prefer them.

  • Nothing is required for the first conversation. Once we move to the planning session, we’ll provide guidance to assist you with gathering the necessary documents in advance. You can expect to gather any existing estate planning documents, a list of your assets, and an idea of who you'd name in key roles (executor, trustee, guardian for minor children, healthcare surrogate). You do not have to have all the answers to begin - we’ll work together to find the best path forward for your particular family dynamics and needs.
